📲 Social Media Platform Manager

We’re building a content machine that dominates feeds and drives real business—and we need a platform owner to own platform growth.

Market Disruptors / Mark Moss is a fast-scaling personal media company focused on financial freedom, Bitcoin, investing, macroeconomics, and lifestyle design. With 1M+ followers and millions of monthly views, we’re scaling up content output and audience growth—and we need someone to own performance across each platform.

This isn’t a posting job. It’s a growth role. You’ll work alongside the Head of Content, copywriters, and editors—but you’re the one who makes sure the engine is firing on all cylinders every single day.
If you live in the world of Russell Brunson, Iman Gadzhi, Dan Martell, Alex Hormozi, and you know how to scale info products and coaching programs with content + conversion systems, this is your seat at the table.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Own the performance and growth of each major platform: Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)​Create new content based on our brand pillars, frameworks, and content library
    • ​Ensure all content is posted on time, correctly formatted, and optimized for native performance
    • ​Work with the content and copy teams to execute the content calendar and make sure nothing slips
    • ​Manage and optimize all outbound/inbound DMs, comment engagement, and audience interaction
    • ​Own and manage ManyChat flows or other DM automations—make sure they convert, escalate, and don’t break
    • ​Track and analyze platform-specific metrics: views, reach, saves, clicks, conversions, growth
    • ​Proactively report back to the team: “Here’s what’s working, here’s what’s not, here’s what we’re testing next”
    • ​Drive forward growth experiments—new hooks, content types, post timing, hashtags, tags, bio links, etc

    FOR YOU IF...

    •  Have run multiple social platforms at once and know how to drive results on each one​You’re a killer copywriter who knows how to write hooks, CTAs, carousels, captions, scripts, and stories
    • ​Understand how to post, format, and schedule content that wins on Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
    • ​Are a data hawk who watches performance metrics like a trader watches charts
    • ​Know the difference between “posting” and publishing with purpose
    • ​Understand the difference between TOFU/MOFU/BOFU content—and how each performs
    • ​Have experience working inside content teams (you’re not the creator, but you speak the language)
    • ​Are familiar with DM automation flows (ManyChat, HighLevel, etc.) and can keep them running, optimized, and converting

    BONUS

    •  Have experience growing accounts in finance, investing, tech, or creator/education brandsHave a working knowledge of financial freedom, Bitcoin, macroeconomics, or wealth strategy
    •  know how to is AI to analyze data and provide actionable insights and plans
    • ​Have run split tests across captions, thumbnails, hashtags, or CTAs
    • ​Can run light customer support inside DMs and escalate hot leads to sales
    • ​Can adapt quickly based on data and feedback (Saves > Likes)

    What You’re Measured On:

    •  Platform Growth. 
    • ​Daily/weekly posting consistency
    • ​Views, reach, shares, comments
    • ​Follower/subscriber growth by platform
    • ​Lead conversions from DMs, comments, and bio flows
    • ​Weekly reporting: platform wins, flops, and new tests

    Hours

    9am to 6pm: Monday – Friday PST
    (remote work is ok, but you must be available to work during those hours to work with the rest of the team)

    Weekends when necessary to ensure the job gets done
