We need a badass Head Of Content. Is that you?

Market Disruptors / Mark Moss is a rapidly growing company and brand focused on media around Bitcoin, Investing, Business, Media, Education, and Coaching.

and I need a rockstar to build and run the content machine so I can focus on big-picture deals.

You will be the operational content architect behind a fast-growing personal media company. Mark Moss is an 8-figure entrepreneur and investor with 1M+ followers across YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter, deep in the niche of financial freedom, lifestyle design, and Bitcoin, and the firepower to scale fast.

Your job will be to run the content machine, grow the team, and ensure 25+ high-quality pieces of content go out every single day across platforms with steady, consistent growth. You will use Marks' vision, thesis, ideas, and pillar content and then take it on your own from there.

Note: We are scaling out the team with AI, AI Agents, and Automated workflows. You don't have to build them, but you need to be proficient enough to run them. Either use it or be replaced by it

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • ​Own the entire content pipeline — from idea to distribution across YouTube, TikTok, Reels, X, LinkedIn, IG, Shorts, Newsletter, etc.
    • ​Hire, train, and manage pods of specialists (editors, writers, repurposers, social media managers)
    • ​Build a high-performance calendar and content ops system with dashboards, KPIs, and zero bottlenecks
    • ​Translate raw recordings from the founder into high-impact, platform-specific content
    • ​Maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging integrity across all platforms
    • ​Run weekly reporting and feedback loops to track growth, output, and ROI
    • ​Proactively propose experiments based on analytics, virality, trends, and competitor moves
    • ​Keep the team sharp, fast, and ruthlessly focused on impact

    Hours

    9am to 6pm: Monday – Friday PST
    (remote work is ok, but you must be available to work during those hours to work with the rest of the team)

    Weekends when necessary to ensure the job gets done

    Interview wise – 
    We will invite candidates to perform a task to see how they would prep some research and to see what sources and materials they would bring to the table.
